For those on a budget, or seeking a bit of adventure the Polis offers a campsite. The campsite is next to the beach, set amidst eucalyptus trees. It is within walking distance of the town centre, and there are a few restaurants nearby too.

It is used by Cypriots and overseas visitors alike. It is one of five official campsites in Cyprus, and appears to have all the facilities you'd find on a UK campsite.

The site is open from April to October and the price is £1-£2 CYP per night. According to the official Cyprus tourist organisation website the campsite is operated by Mr Nikos Matheou, and the contact details are:-
